Learning Objective

Students will be able to make connections between the text they are reading and the real world. They will also be able to  answer the following Essential Questions:

  1. What are the dangers of allowing the government to control what people are exposed to?
  2. Is censorship ever justified?
  3. How is the message in Bradbury’s story relevant to the ideas presented in this article?
