Newsela PRO 201 will introduce you to the ins and outs of Newsela. By the end of the session you will know what how to apply Newsela’s features to your classroom and will have a complete understanding of what the Binder can show you about your classroom. Below are three easy steps to help you get started on your own.
Step 1. Watch the Newsela PRO 201 Webinar Recording
During this recording, you will see screenshots of Newsela’s Website and be lead through the session by a former educator. Since it is a recording, we encourage you to open a new window and complete what you are seeing side by side with the recording. You can pause it and move through it at your own pace. Step 2. Check for understanding
Here is a checklist for the Newsela PRO 201 Webinar with a few key items to keep in mind after you have completed each section. This will help you see what the session is going to include and make sure that you have mastered everything in each section before moving on to the next.
