Schools Directory
On the schools directory District Admins can view, edit, and add schools.
Navigate to your Schools Directory
Click on 'Admin' at the top of the screen
Select 'Admin Console' from the dropdown menu
Scroll down to the Admin Directories section and select 'View Schools Directory' within the 'Schools' tile, or click on 'Schools' from the left-hand navigation bar
Add School
Click on '+Add School' at the top right corner of the screen
Proceed to enter all the school's information into the school's profile fields
Confirm by clicking on 'Add School' at the bottom of the window
Locate Schools
Enter a school's name, or part of it, into the search bar. Search results will immediately display on your screen (alternatively, you can scroll down the full list to locate the school)
From the main directory view district admins can see an overview of the following attributes at a glance:
The amount of subscriptions licensed at each school
The time remaining until the next expiration date of a school subscription
Amount of classes in each school (hyperlinked to the classes directory of the school)
The data source
View & Edit School Profile
Click on an individual school's name to access the school profile page. Here you can update the school's info by typing into the editable fields and confirming the edit by clicking the 'Update profile' button.
You can also view additional information about the school, to include a itemized list of subscriptions and their expiration dates, and hyperlinked counts of classes, teachers and students associated with this school. Clicking the hyperlinked counts will re-direct to the classes directory, faculty directory or students directory respectively - already filtered to the specific school only.
